base frame
The base frame is made of hot dipped galvanized steel reinforced with hot dipped galvanized steel joists. The complete base is a welded assembly and all welds are cleaned and treated with line primer.
floor
19mm thick plywood is fastened directly to the upper part of the base frame. An antistatic floor vinyl sheet (2 mm thick) is bonded to the face of the plywood. Alternatively, in the power generator shelters, a 4/6 mm thick anti-slip aluminum plate is fastened to the upper part of the base frame.
walls
The building walls are made of 80mm thick insulating polyurethane panels (polyurethane density 42 kg/m3) and panel joints are specially designed to ensure high waterproof performance. The thermal transmittance coefficient is K<0,21 Kcal/m2hC. The extemal panel cladding is made of O.9mm thick hot dipped galvanized steel with Plastisol coating (200μm), The internal panel cladding is made of O.5mm thick hot dipped galvanized steel coated with white polyester paint.
roof
The roof is made of insulating polyurethane trapezoid panels (pofyurethane density 42 kg/m3) with a mean thickness of 6Omm. The thermal transmittance coefficient is K<0,29 Kcal/m2hC The external cladding is made of 0.55mm thick hot dipped galvanized steel with plastisol coating (200 μm thickness). The intemal panel cladding is made of 0.5mm thick hot dipped galvanized steel coated with white polyester paint.
door
The door and the frame are made of heavy duty aluminum profile. The profile has a polyamide insert between the external and intemal frame in order to avoid cold bridges. Both door leaf and door frame probes are equipped with special EPDM profile to prevent the ingress of moisture and contaminates to the building.
